-This application is an integral component of “Speak Arabic” initiative; launched by the Ministry of Immigration and Egyptian Expatriates, and under the auspices of president Abdel Fattah El Sissi, with the aim of helping young Egyptian expatriates preserve their identity through teaching them Arabic in a context that educates them on their history and culture.

-The application, which is developed by Nahdet Misr Publishing House, takes the user on an exciting journey through Egypt’s different governorates and most iconic places, where children get to learn Arabic and be accustomed to our culture through engaging content that includes stories, songs and interactive activities

-Ensuring an engaging and fun learning experience for children, Nahdet Misr deployed the latest educational technologies such as: “Gamification”; where the whole concept of the app is built around a game, moreover, the child also gets to go through different competitions and challenges; gaining points and badges which is very exciting for children. Catering to the different needs of each child, the app relies heavily on “Artificial Intelligence” ensuring a personalized learning experience for every user, where the app monitors the child’s performance; identifying his/her strengths and weaknesses; thus, intervening to fortify these weaknesses through additional activities.

Introducing fun interactive activities for children

The application introduces the frequently used Arabic words, Arabic letters, and the combination of these letters to form words and sentences through fun interactive activities for children.

Story

A group of diverse animated stories in various places in Egypt. Stories are in simple sentences and structures, followed by a set of interactive activities and worksheets.

Letters

Teaching Arabic letters to children, by watching a video that clarifies how the letter is written as a standalone, in the beginning, middle and at the end of the word. A variety of printable worksheets are available.

Songs

A set of entertaining video songs in age friendly rhythms that help children recall the words and phrases, and use them in daily life. Each song is followed by a set of interactive activities and worksheets.

Words

The application provides more than 500 frequently used words in the Arabic language, supported by correct pronunciation of each word, and many diverse interactive activities, to help children express themselves in confidence.
